Have you had problems accessing the site recently?  If so, please let me know so that I can provide proof to the hosts who claim there's nothing wrong!  I need times and copies of the error messages you receive.

If you want to get even better proof, note the date and time and then do the following (on a PC):

open a command prompt (Start | Run | type "cmd")

type "ipconfig" (which shows your ip address)

then type "ping www.google.com" (which proves you've got access to other sites on the web)

then type "ping www.wheresthewater.com"

then type "tracert www.wheresthewater.com"

Copy all the text produced (right click, select Mark, drag and select it all, then press enter to copy it, then paste it into an email to me)

Don't type the quotes though - just the test within them if ya know what I mean!
